PWH: Describe your brand in four words.

AW: Authentic, Inspiring, Valuable, Influential

PWH: What inspired you to get into the industry of coaching leaders?

AW: As a leader myself, I found that available coaching was scarce, inconsistent, not pure coaching, and had varying results. I wanted to provide the type of coaching that I wish I had access to as a new and aspiring leader.

Leaders, especially minority women leaders, are often placed in tough leadership positions with limited support. Being a leader can make a person feel alone and isolated and it doesn’t have to be that way. I wanted to show leaders that it is okay to seek support, desire to grow, and dedicate themselves to improving their practice.

As an entrepreneur, I understood that the success of my business was dependent upon me being an effective leader. I take pride in coaching leaders of small businesses so that they can successfully grow their business by creating systems and developing human capital.

PWH: What key concepts do you hope your clients take away from your program?

AW: Leading starts within. You cannot effectively lead others if you cannot first lead self. Many of the challenges that we face as leaders are the results of our own mindsets, paradigms, and personal narratives.

Leadership coaching requires a level of vulnerability and honesty that allows us to be transparent about who we are and how we think so that true transformation can occur. Clients walk away with epiphanies about themselves in addition to concrete strategies and best practices for transforming themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

PWH: What is your mission with “Williams Education Consulting”?

AW: The mission of Williams Education Consulting is to provide high-quality, impactful coaching, training, and professional development to leaders and aspiring leaders that result in individual and organizational success.

PWH: What’s next for you and your company?

AW: The next level for Williams Education Consulting is an expansion! I am currently adding to my team to expand the services that are offered and to accommodate the growing demand for current services.

The New Artificial Intelligence: Risk or Reward?

One of the most significant risks posed by AI is the potential for data breaches. AI systems rely on vast amounts of data to function, and if that data falls into the wrong hands, it can be used to steal sensitive information or launch targeted attacks. For example, a hacker could use AI to analyze a company’s social media accounts, email correspondence, and other publicly available information to identify potential targets for phishing attacks or other forms of social engineering. They could also use AI to analyze a company’s network traffic and identify vulnerabilities that could be exploited to gain access to sensitive data.
