Celebrating Global Forgiveness Day

The Forgiveness Expert is hosting The Healing Incubator Experience – An designed to share the components of healing we need to remove our minds from the fog of COVID. Yes, life is moving on, the world is opening up. But what about those who are stuck to COVID like a mouse caught to a trap. It’s time to remove the adhesive and become free. The process is not like a pill that can solve a headache. It’s a constant medicine of tools that you will need to recharge your life. The Healing Incubator experience allows for you to enter the chamber of healing that will help you forgive and restore your mind. Your destiny is waiting on the other side of forgiveness and healing.

Jump start your future by addressing your past. Your past plays a major role in the outcome of the present and your future. Ignoring yesterday can create a continuous cycle of hurt. If past life experiences and COVID left your future looking bleak, The Healing Incubator Experience may be exactly what you need to move ahead. – Kyonna F. Brown

Providing digital services such as graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, image consultation, and business development. In addition, they provide entry-level professionals in this field opportunities to grow their careers.

About the CEO:

Shaqueria Howard has been working in the public relations field for over 5 years with companies like Midori Star Media Group, The Lip Bar, Slip N Slide Records, GoodGirl PR, etc. With that experience, she was able to build a trustworthy company for current and future clients. This business has always been her dream despite the doubts that crept in. Starting this business amid a pandemic she has made it her goal to provide resources for new business owners and help others complete their goals.

What is 5 STAH MEDIA LLC’s primary goal and what are you doing to ensure that goal is met?
The primary goal for 5 STAH MEDIA LLC is to provide solutions for startups. We offer services to eliminate the stressful parts of your business that can be taken care of by our business. Such as, getting the word out about you, social media graphics, graphic design, and public relations marketing strategies.

How did you know public relations and marketing was the path/niche you wanted to become successful in?
My high school yearbook class put me down the Journalism path. However, after reading more about the levels of Journalism I was sold on Public Relations. I knew I’d be successful in PR because the work became effortless. I saw a lot of my peers struggle, but my passion for this industry outstood the obstacles. As time went on, in my program internships I received many accolades but no money. That’s when I knew one day, I wanted to start my PR firm and had the recommendations to do it. I also want to fill the gap between interns and organizations to make sure students have a beneficial experience.

What are some difficulties you face juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship?
One of the major complications of being a full-time worker, fiancé, and mom is balancing it all! I have worked with this issue by building a schedule that doesn’t take me away from my family or strip me of too much of my client obligations. I have enough mommy-daughter time, fiancé time, and me time before I go to bed. Some nights are restless though and up pretty late! It’s worth it though.

What advice do you have for others trying to climb their way to success?
Just do it! Stop waiting for the perfect time because it doesn’t exist. If you know your gift, act on it now. Life is too precious to not be doing the things we love to do! The passion and love for your career will outweigh the stress that sometimes overbears us with our jobs and lives. It’s worth it to be happy getting paid for what you love to do!

Is it difficult to remain bubbly and happy during all seasons/enduring difficulties in the business? How do you bounce back from those speedbumps?
It can be difficult when you think you can handle everything on your own. Spread the wealth, and find little ways to make yourself happy. Find a sisterhood or brotherhood that supports you in times of need. Spend time with loved ones! Take 15-minute breaks and lunches just like you would at your job! Client successes always make me happy to share too, that picks me up too!

How essential was your educational background to your business?
Fingers crossed if it was not for my education at FAMU some of my public relations experience would be slim to none or what I learned from YouTube videos or webinars (those options are so broad). Having a degree in Public Relations is not necessary to be in the industry, however, each class at FAMU taught me a skill that was valuable enough for me to use either in the corporate field or freelance. FAMU even prepared us for some of the harder lessons in life when it came to Journalism and PR. Even some prerequisites helped us get ready for the real world too! I am forever grateful to my alma mater for laying the groundwork for the PR professional I have become today!

What is your favorite vacation memory?
I wish I had some fun and cool way to answer this question. I have some girl’s trips lined up this year y’all promise! My most favorite vacation memory is probably Panama City Beach with my best friends laughing uncontrollably at the beach while trying to take photos. I hold on to this memory because one of my best friends that shared this memory passed away.
