Leseatha Rock CEO of Beyond Glorie Luxury Cosmetic Brand with a Mission to Help All Women to Feel Confident and Beautiful in their Own Skin

Leseatha Rock is a Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner student, and a multi-business woman. Born in King City, CA into a military family. She learned early on how to be adaptable. Her parents separated when she was 8-yrs-old. She struggled with feeling loved and loving herself. “Watching my mom struggle was very hard.” At the age of 15, she began working two jobs to help out. Leseatha believes that her childhood helped to mold her into the woman that she is today. “If it wasn’t for the struggle, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”

Over the course of 3 months, Leseatha created a successful luxury cosmetic brand with a mission to help all women to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She is truly a force to be reckoned with. What is her key to success?

You are a Registered Nurse and Successful Entrepreneur. Share your background.

Like most women, I’ve always been a nurturer at heart so my passion for healthcare made sense. I’ve currently been a Registered Nurse for about 3 years now. Conversely, I’ve always had a passion for beauty as well, which stemmed from childhood. As a teen, I would love styling hair. I would say that my passion for entrepreneurship came about during the pandemic when I began to experience physical burnout and compassion fatigue. I knew that I was tired of watching loved ones die and there was nothing I could do about it to save them.

For years, you have been asked what you have done to keep your flawless skin. Tell us about launching your luxury cosmetic brand, Beyond Glorie.

Beyond Gloire is a beauty line geared toward all women. I decided to start the line off with multiple eyeliners, lipsticks, eyeshadows, mascara, foundations, and more to give our customers a variety of products to choose from.

What does Beyond Glorie offer?

Beyond Gloire offers not only cosmetics but skincare products that can help one’s skin look 10 years younger.

Tell us about your popular Handmade Strawberry Cake Soap.

Our strawberry cake soaps are made with all-natural ingredients that help to reduce wrinkles, moisturize, repair, and remove acne. Ingredients include Spanish olive oil, Philippine Coconut oil, Malaysian palm oil, British grape seed oil, horse oil, and almond oil. No chemicals.

Beyond Glorie is truly the one-stop shop for pampering girlfriends with lavish gifts. Tell us about your best-selling products.

Our best-selling product for last month was our 35-color eyeshadow palettes. Next would be our handmade exfoliating body scrubs and body butters. Both are ideal for skin that looks rough or feels dehydrated.

How much fun have you had with Beyond Glorie?

Honestly, what I’ve enjoyed the most is watching my customers take selfies and tell us how much they love the store.

Any new products planned for this month?

Yes. We have a variety of new luxury products coming in such as gift sets, lip-glosses, fruit whipped butters, makeup brushes, facial cleansers, and more. Stay tuned.

What is your vision for your company?

My vision for Beyond Gloire is to offer more services to our customers. Another would be to distribute Beyond Gloire throughout retail outlets and possibly expand to Atlanta.
