Thinking “Theon” the Stereotypes of Affiliate Marketing with Mary Germer

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at affiliate marketing as a side hustle, with the possibility of making it your permanent hustle? Let’s talk with Mary Germer, an Affiliate Marketing expert with Theon. Disclaimer: I have read the reviews on this company and they are going to change the game.

Renee: Who is Mary? Not the Affiliate Marketer but the person.

Mary: “I am a hardworking, truly blessed wife and mother to five beautiful children, who most certainly keep me busy. My passion has always been to inspire, empower, encourage and be an example to those around me. Not just in my business, but in my personal life as well.”

Renee’: What is your area of expertise and what is it you do?

Mary: ” Right now, with everything going on around us, my super-specific niche is in health and wellness dealing with antivirus protection. What better way to truly give people what they want, financially and for the benefit of their and their entire families’ health and healing? I do that through Theon Global, as an Affiliate marketer. The experience has changed my life”

Renee: Why Affiliate marketing?

Mary: ” We all know the old adage that millionaires have 7 streams of income, mixed with both active and passive, the difference is that now, we ALL need more than one income stream. Covid-19, coupled with the last 4 years of politically, economically, and socially charged climates, have demanded that necessity, among other things. This company understands that times are hard and doesn’t require any start-up costs, no auto-ship, no minimum quotas, and no pressure to sell. The downline has been extremely easy to build because this is something we all need, not want. I can’t say enough about affiliate marketing, but especially with the company I’ve chosen to attach my brand too.”

Renee: What is Theon and how did you get introduced to this company?

Mary: “I came across a lady by the name of Laire Lightner on social media, a while back, just as she was becoming recognized as one of the owners of Theon Global. I had been following her for some time, and as things launched, I knew this is where I was going to call home. What we offer are groundbreaking products that serve our bodies in various ways. For example, the Alpha Bios (fulvic acid) is designed to improve sleep and give you more daytime energy. Here’s a bit more on the science, which you can read on my website.”

“Fulvic acid is considered a humic substance, meaning it’s a naturally occurring compound found in soil. Fulvic and humic acid have proven benefits to human health. Health trendsetters around the world have embraced the power of these essential nutrients. Several clinical studies have been conducted on Fulvic acid with promising results.”

Renee: What does the name Theon mean in Greek?

Mary: “It means, ‘They will receive blessings from the Lord and vindication from God their savior. Pretty powerful stuff.”

Renee: What is AE17 Tumeric and what does it stand for? How can it help someone like me or another small business owner?

Mary: “AE17 Tumeric is different, from all other turmeric products on the market, is that AE17 Tumeric is designed in a scientific way, so as to deliver a 250mg daily dose, that is a widely used and accepted dietary supplement. (Read more about the benefits and AE17 Tumeric from Theon Global here.) This opportunity is a chance for healing and helping. Helping your family members heal, helping others help their family members heal, and earning an income, it’s really that simple. ”

Renee: Why is having multiple streams of income not a personal choice but a must-have?

Mary: “J.O.B.s are never permanent, and if the November 2022 employment stats, weren’t enough to depress you, the MSM obsession with a “looming recession” surely will. Whether it comes to pass or not, just like Y2K, we need to be ready. This is also about generations to come. Leaving something for our children that doesn’t require them to go to school or get a specialty license, just to keep in the family. We’re all taking extra precautions these days. We are merely offering an upgrade to an already established or newly forming habit.”

Renee: What advice do you have for someone still considering Theon Global?

Mary: “If you are really about health and wellness and want to add a top-notch, tested product to your retail, this is the perfect opportunity to do so without having to buy an inventory or come out of pocket with start-up costs. This is also a great way to get your family in an entrepreneurial mindset. Start having family meetings about business and tax-saving strategies. It’s a great way to spend family time, and enrich your lives and well-being at the same time. This company truly is one of a kind, not to sound cliche, but they have proven time and time again that we are more than just an affiliate number, and customers are more than just a product order or packing slip. It’s something you have to see for yourself! *Hint* LOL!”

Renee: Who are you inspired by?

Mary: “Most definitely my mother. That woman was and always will be my biggest inspiration, cheerleader, cry pillow, and bestie a girl/woman could ask for. Her work ethic is a big part of who I am today. Her advice is top-notch. I’ve never seen her stop nor quit, and on top of it all still manages to be the family nucleus. Next to my mother would be Laire Lighther. She is a God-fearing woman who inspired me to stand in the shoes I fill today, to have faith in myself, and to step outside of my comfort zone. To have the unconditional love and support of family and strangers is something I still pinch myself about. Love you, mom! Thank you, Laire! From the bottom of my heart. #StrongerTOgether #WomenRock #WeGetIshDone

Renee: What do you do for fun?

Mary: Did I mention I have 5 children? What’s that? Next question. No. Just kidding. My children are my world and being a mom isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. Fun is knowing my kids are going to be financially secure. Fun is impacting others. In my spare time from that, I do enjoy watching my kids play sports, and one of them is are in gymnastics. That’s living. And what proper lady doesn’t enjoy a good shopping (mostly window for me) trip now and then? Whatever you do for fun, don’t forget to enjoy life.”

Renee: What advice do you have for someone looking for a way to build a residual income?

Mary: “The clearest and most simple thing I can say is research, research, then research some more. Affiliate marketing is the perfect example of measuring twice and cutting once. Secondly, plan for earnings and how you are going to continue to build residual income through marketing/word of mouth, etc. The sales don’t just drop from the sky. Affiliate marketing is literally, getting out what you put in. I’m happy to help anyone with questions, just reach out to me on Facebook and let’s take this journey together!”

Renee: Where can we learn more about you to see if working together would be a great fit?

Mary: “The compensation plan is pretty straightforward. You earn a 25% commission on all personal sales (meaning your direct enrolled customers). You then also earn a 12% commission on anything your affiliates (downline) sell. The commission is paid out every 2 weeks with no cap whatsoever on earnings and as I mentioned before, no quotas, no minimum orders, or auto-ships. To get started, read more information and see our products, please go here to my website.”

Renee’: Final thoughts or words of advice?

Mary: “Keep going, until you find your purpose and your like-minded circle. Word hard, keep pushing, and always strive to be the best version of yourself, even when you don’t always feel like it. Consistency is key. Remember your why, keep tapping into your passion, and let your wings soar! You are about to experience an overwhelming amount of joy, health, and abundance! See you soon friends!”
