A Story of Hope: Meet Olesya Wilson

For the Month of April we are sharing stories of hope and inspiration for National Month of Hope. Sometimes hope is the deciding factor on if we will continue our journey or stop right in our tracks. As we share the stories of these amazing individuals we hope that you are filled with hope and are inspired to keep on your path of greatness.

Olesya Wilson Shares with us her story:

Olesya Wilson is a Certified Nutritionist, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Psychosomatics and Master Coach accredited by the European Coach Federation. Her unique approach integrates cutting-edge lab testing, the latest discoveries in biological science, ancient herbal medicine, and revolutionary psychosomatic and energy healing practices to help people reconnect to their body, reverse aging, and forget about chronic health problems. Her signature offering is the Limitless Body Program, where she works with you to design a lifestyle to take your body to the next level, full of energy, passion and success.

What Inspired your start into entrepreneurship?

I wanted to heal myself, and what better way to learn about your body than become a nutritionist? It was an opportunity to understand my health and be my own expert. When I saw what was possible for my own life, it was a journey I wanted to share with others.

When you see a world filled with businesses that are failing their customers, the first thing I wanted to do is jump in and offer a better solution. The connections you make and lives you can change the best motivation.

Nothing is more inspiring than working with people that are excited to change lives.

What obstacles have you had to overcome to get where you are today?

Doctors told me I would not be able to have children naturally. It was a huge discouragement, hearing these professionals tell me there wasn’t anything I could do. They gave me medications to try and help that gave me such painful side effects, I was on the floor in the bathroom crying.

I knew what I wanted, so I chose to ignore the people who told me I couldn’t have it and found other voices that had hope. I wanted to try everything, but it didn’t take long. Now I am a proud mother of two healthy children who amaze me everyday with their strength, intelligence and joy for life.

I spent so much time and money on supplements, protocols and education because I wanted to try everything. I wanted to see, first hand, what worked and what didn’t. Because of that experience I can talk about why I recommend certain things, like Dry Brushing or Infrared Saunas. I’m not just reading off someone else’s work. I tried these things myself, felt the difference they made for me, and learned why they make a huge difference.

What message of hope do you have for upcoming entrepreneurs?

I firmly believe that if you listen to people who tell you that it is impossible, that you cannot do something, your mind will make it true. Listening to this negativity is a choice! Find new voices that show you new possibilities and have advice that moves you forward. They are out there, if you start looking for them.

When I found voices that told me I could change, that I could heal myself, I started to heal. If you have people telling you how hard business will be, or that the economy is bad, it will be your truth. There are investors right now who can’t wait for an economic downturn that will give them opportunities they haven’t seen since 2008. They will emerge, from what so many see as a hopeless situation, more successful than before!

Find people who are thriving, positive, excited and use them as an example. When you focus your thoughts on life as if you have already succeeded, your mind does something amazing. Your perspective can shift to a place where everything becomes an opportunity. You will find the answers as if you had known them all along!

What are your top 3 go to songs for motivation to keep going after your goals?

DROP – Sky

Alan Walker – Different World

Sting – Desert Rose

What is your definition of a pretty woman who hustles?

Any woman who is aspiring to be an example to other women. As a Nutritionist and Coach, my goal is to live past 100 with the health and body I have now. I really believe that if you have a business you want others to believe in, you must be an example of the full potential that service has to offer.

I was so upset with professionals telling me how to heal my body when they looked so sick themselves. I was thinking, “How can I trust these people to heal me when they aren’t even trying to heal themselves?”

I want my life and health to be an inspiration to my clients so that they can see how far I have come, and they trust me when I tell them they can do it too. Because I’ve been there, and I know they have that same potential.
