Year 2023 is three years after we all experienced the biggest pandemic in the world to date. For some it pushed us into entrepreneurship and some went home to care for family members.

We as people are always being put to the test by life’s evolution. Every year we experience 4 season changes that we have to adapt to. Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall.

This season we close out of this years hardships, celebrate our accomplishments by setting goals for the upcoming year “2024.”

Goal Planning by the season is a method that allows you to be more in tune with the world. A lot of times when things don’t go our way, its not because it’s a bad idea but because the timing just isn’t right. Be more in tune with the changes of the world.

Purchasing a yearly calendar with writing space can allow you to plan accordingly. You can also split your seasonal goals into mental, physical, emotional and financial goals.

For example if during the holidays you are triggered and get sad. You should have things planned and lined up to help get you out your funk. If you having a moving goal for next year. Develop a savings plan around your holiday spending.

The weather shouldn’t control your whole life however if you are in-tune with season changes and are mindful you can make more realistic goals for yourself.
