Niyh Love is a traveling hairstylist and makeup artist known for her sleek, attractive looks inspired by the city she lives in. Niyh’s work has appeared in Voyage ATL magazine and Shoutout Atlanta magazine. She’s assisted with weddings, prom/homecoming events, and photo shoots. Niyh has helped women from all over the world quickly gain back their confidence through her kindness, quality of skills, and her consistency.
When did you realize you had a passion for the hair and beauty industry?
As a child, Niyh Love was a huge fan of beauty and had dreams of becoming a celebrity hairstylist. At the age of 10, she was cutting out magazine pictures of different hairstyles and makeup looks to recreate her very own. When Niyh realized how creative hair styling and the art of makeup could be, she ditched her full-time job and pursued the business of hair and makeup artistry. Niyh’s love for travel and hair design has also kept her on the go; accommodating clients for special events and wedding hairstyles throughout the East Coast in Ghana, Jordan, and Kenya.

What would you say has been the key to your longevity in the industry?
Being a passionate stylist who genuinely cares about each client’s needs; paying close attention to detail. With patience, Niyh’s ultimate goal is to listen and bring each client’s hair vision to life, making them feel beautiful again and giving each and every client her best in providing them with exceptional service.
What message do you have for upcoming entrepreneurs?
Network, build relationships, do your research, and stay consistent. Competition breeds the best results. In order to be successful, it’s very important to study and learn from your competitors. Always look for positive solutions to improve your business and make it stand out.
What experience do you hope women take away from your chair?
Niyh hopes that woman takes away a positive self-confident-boosting experience from her chair.
Where do you hope to see your platform in the next 3-5 years?
In the next 3-5 years she hopes to see her platform on TV and on Billboards.
