To further her credentials she is, also, a state licensed recovery coach with the CPFS, which she has continued to utilize to reach those in need. As she put it herself in lieu of her personal business, Sparkle LLC ‘The Light At The End Of The Tunnel: “I am an influential speaker and coach for alcohol and addiction. I believe in meeting myself and people where they are at. Follow me into my journey of happiness, and if you need help allow me to help you find where you fit in your puzzle.”
What inspired your start in entrepreneurship?
The will to work for myself and help others. I was seeking to live a healthy life in sobriety, health, and happiness, which influenced me to become an entrepreneur and start Sparkle LLC’The light at the end of the tunnel.’ Where I have become a motivational speaker, author, and an international recovery coach professional facilitator. I was at a point in my life where working for myself was the only answer, I worked 14 years in corporate America and with it being such a triggering environment for me, I couldn’t go back. I knew that my inspiration behind helping coaches become great coaches would be successful, but only by someone who could paint the picture and give a true lived experience of a coaches play by play on a daily basis. So I begin to ask the question, why not me?For three years I have coached 85 clients, and trained 145 coaches, continuing to help coaches help themselves and others to move forward through positivity, belief, optimism, and hope.
What has been the highlight of your career thus far?
The highlight of my career has been starting Sparkle LLC and creating the base to a platform for individuals, where they can feel safe and learn as much as they can about themselves. It’s not easy being curious about yourself flaws and all, and working to get to a greater understanding from the inside out. I feel like major breakthroughs have started to happen in my life, and I am blessed to know and feel honored to learn to be patient and trust the process. Learning this flow has helped me to highlight every day I live in the present moment.
If you could tribute your success to any in one your life who would it be?
I would say i tribute my success to me! My hard work and efforts has been me allowing myself the gift of working on myself, and all the shadow work that comes with it. I was in that deep dark cave, afraid and scared of the outcome, and I never stopped fighting nor will I ever stop. I have given total surrender, been knocked down and got right back up. So the tribute to my success is focusing on me and controlling the things I can with me, and in the midst of it all allowing other things that no longer serve a purpose for me to evolve as they may.
What message do you hope women take away from your platform?
That it is important to be relentless with your life. It’s okay to live life to the fullest, expand your mind to greater lengths, and challenge yourself everyday to be the person you deserve to be.
What is your go-to quote for motivation?
“ Let life Live you!” “Take action.”
What does being a woman making Herstory mean to you?
It give me chills and brings me to tears knowing that, my story can help change others in the world. It shows me that the work that has happened in my life was not easy, but worth it. It helps me to continue moving forward, and continuing to unravel the layers of compassion, surrender, and understanding.
