What inspired the start of “Prosperity Rose Coaching”?
I started my business after being a single mom with challenges of working a job and finding adequate childcare for my child with special needs.

What has been the biggest challenge of running a brand like “Prosperity Rose Coaching”?
The biggest challenge I have had has been growing my audience. It takes tenacity to grow a business, earning the trust of your consumer and ultimately gaining brand exposure.

How does “Prosperity Rose Coaching” impact its local community?
In our local community Prosperity Rose Coaching has assisted 5 businesses in staying open during the pandemic. Our impact is creating confidence and courage in local entrepreneurs even in the toughest times.

How can women in particular benefit from Personal Development Coaching?
You cannot successfully run a business until you can successfully run yourself! That is a personal quote. I believe that women specifically have so much pressure to be successful and strong it can cause insecurities, anxieties, and depression. I’ve suffered from these all. Personal development coaching helps to reframe the mindset and focus on using our strengths and other strategies to achieve goals.

Where do you hope to see your brand in the next 3-5 years?
In the next 3-5 years I hope to be a national brand name as a speaker and coach having served men and women Entrepreneurs in staying the course to business success.

What advice do you have for the next generation of entrepreneurs?
My advice to the next generation of entrepreneurs is to serve with your whole heart. You must be willing to give in order to receive. You may have heard it said before, “ Your impact = Your Income” and this is true. The more people you positively impact the more you are going to make a profit.

What does being “Pretty and Black Owned” mean to you?
I believe “Pretty and Black Owned“ means being authentic! There is beauty in being who you are, unapologetically, especially as a black female entrepreneur.
